That of the sources is light and very pure, it spouts out ground all the year at a temperature of 11,6°C. This water is used by the hydropathic establishment to look after and give in form. It is distributed per hundred thousands of bottles in the whole world, it is also the most famous water of French table. To the port, the boats connect several times per Evian day in Lausanne, transporting the tourists and frontier French who will work in Switzerland, but do not live there.
